Research shows that having support is key when it comes to weight loss. When you have a support system you are much more likely to lose weight and keep it off. When you enroll in the “Roadmap to a New You” program we will be your support, your motivator, and your coach. You will receive a call from your coach once a week for the next 12 weeks and beyond if you choose. During our sessions together we will follow up with the goals you set for the previous week, provide encouragement and help, teach valuable content related to health and wellness, and set goals for the coming week. Each session is completely personalized to where you are and what you need to succeed.
